Choose how to get your prescription
Already have a provider? You can download a prescription order form (here) to take to your current provider. They can submit it to Triangle Compounding via:
- Fax
- E-Prescribe
Please note: Please have your provider write “compounded” on the prescription.
Need a provider? We’ve got you covered. You’ll be able to schedule a private, fast appointment through our telehealth partner. A licensed professional will assess your needs and provide a prescription if appropriate. $39 one time consultation fee included.
Get your medication delivered
Once Triangle receives your prescription, they’ll prepare your personalized GLP-1 medication in a USP-compliant, PCAB-accredited facility and ship it to your home in a temperature-controlled package. Also available for pickup at our location.
