I have been filling a number of prescriptions here since I moved to Raleigh 5 years ago - due to my prescriptions being back ordered at regular pharmacies, or unavailable since the pandemic. The team here is friendly, professional and extremely helpful! One of my meds is not commonly compounded- both the front desk & Pharmacists have helped my doctors office on several occasions. The fill is quick, you can pick up or they can deliver. Orders are always correct and quality compounding. Thank you!!!

As a 15 year customer, Triangle Compounding "Team" has always exceeded my "customer service" expectations. Most recently, the team recognized an error from my doctor's office with a prescription refill request. Not only did the "Triangle" Team notify my doctor of the error, but "Triangle" team member Shavonne called me directly to alert me to the problem. I was able to follow up with my doctor, ensure the error was fixed, and with Shavonne's prompt and courteous effort (including regular status updates on refill progress), expedite the order preparation and pickup within 4 business hours. I've used this pharmacy for almost 10 years. I have never had a problem with them, and their staff is always very helpful whenever I have called with a question or a request. I have a recurring prescription that I refill monthly, so my experience with them is of a regular frequency. Because my medication can be made exactly as prescribed by my doctor, I am not forced to try to take standard dosages or drugs with ingredients that don't work well for me. For the benefits to my health, I am glad to handle the insurance claim myself.

I was desperate to get my medication. My doctor sent in an Rx for bio-identical HRT and I called the next day to fill it. However, I still had questions and reservations as this was my first time using hormones. So, I spoke with pharmacist Wendy H at TCP. She was the most helpful, informative, comforting, and responsive pharmacist I've ever met. I felt so cared for and educated by her. All of my questions were answered and she continues to respond to me promptly with comprehensive, thorough instructions and advice. I can't say enough how appreciative and calm I feel knowing that I can go to her with any concerns and/or questions. The staff was also wonderful when I went to pick up my Rx - extremely professional and the office was immaculate. I'm telling all of my women friends to use this pharmacy if needed

I love this pharmacy! Whether you are looking for personalized bio-identical hormone replacements (instead of the one-size-fits-nobody pills) or natural supplements for ADHD, energy or vitality, Triangle Compounding is the place to go. Customer service is excellent. (They have often refilled my prescriptions by 10am, when I only emailed them at midnight the night before!) When I moved here, I actually searched for this kind of natural pharmacy before I chose my doctor, because I wanted to be sure I found a physician who would use this kind of natural pharmacy. If you need a pharmacist to really work with you on different flavors and formulations when previous iterations have not worked, then Triangle Compounding Pharmacy is THE place to go. My cat is on compounded fluoxetine, which is quite bitter. The retail pharmacy we were using was accredited, which was great, but their answer to the bitterness problem was to add tons of marshmallow flavoring. That solution did work, and I could get my cat to take it via oral syringe, but he could still smell it and he wouldn't take the med in food.

When I had the prescription transferred to Triangle, they listened to my concerns and they tried several different flavors. They really care about their patients, including the kitties! And now thanks to Triangle, I now have a formulation that my cat will happily eat in food. My stress level is cut in half, and so is my cat's.

Our doctor called in a very specialized antibiotic for our child one hour before the pharmacy closed right before Christmas. Wendy the pharmacist was very generous with her time and extremely compassionate to accept a specialized order so late in the day. She took her time to explain the details when handing it to me personally…extremely professional. The front office staff was extremely personable and professional as well. We live 30mins away and will be driving here because of the wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!
