Choose how to get your prescription

Getting Your Compounded Weight Loss Medication Is Easier Than You Think

Whether you have a provider or need one, we make it easy to get the care you need. Choose the option that fits your needs below.

Already have a provider?

You can download a personalized prescription order form (here) to take to your current provider. They can submit your prescription to Triangle Compounding via:

  • Fax at 919-858-5145
  • E-Prescribe
  • Call it in directly to our pharmacists at 919-858-0809

Please note: The prescription must come directly from your provider. Please have them write “compounded” on the prescription.

Need a provider?

We’ve got you covered. You’ll be able to schedule a private, fast telehealth appointment through our telemedicine partner. A licensed professional will assess your needs and provide a prescription if appropriate. There is a $49 one-time consultation fee. If you qualify, you will receive a prescription good for 2 months worth of medication.

If you are not sure which compounded GLP-1 to select, Triangle recommends Tirzepatide. Why? While individual responses can vary, Tirzepatide targets both GLP-1 and GIP receptors while semaglutide targets only the GLP-1 receptor.
