How we create, check, and stand behind our health content

Health information online has a trust problem. Plenty of sites publish confident claims nobody has checked. This page explains how content gets made at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy, and the standards it has to meet before it reaches you.

Who creates our content

Every health article on this site is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist at Triangle Compounding Pharmacy before it is published. Content is planned and written by our team, then checked for accuracy by Danny Barnes, PharmD BCSCP Rph. Each article shows who reviewed it and when. Nothing goes live on autopilot.

Our sourcing standards

When we cite a statistic or a clinical claim, it comes from a credible, named source — regulatory bodies such as the FDA and USP, accrediting organizations such as PCAB, or peer-reviewed research — and we link to it. If we can't verify a claim, it stays out. Research is attributed to the organization that produced it, not to “studies show.”

Not medical advice, and no guarantees

Our content is educational. It is not a substitute for advice from your prescriber or pharmacist, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Compounded medications are prepared to a prescriber's order for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider about what is right for you.

How we use AI

We may use AI tools to support research or early drafting. Every piece is directed, edited, fact-checked, and pharmacist-reviewed by a real person before it is published. If it isn't accurate and it doesn't sound like us, it doesn't go live.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it. If you see an error, email info@trianglecompounding.com and we'll review it promptly.
